From Cloud 9 we have this lovely, soft medium weight organic cotton 'Cirrus Solid' fabric in a shade of white called 'Limestone' which I would say is ever so slightly off-white.
It's a yarn-dyed crossweave, so it's the same front and back and it has a subtle chambray-like look to it.
It works very well for patchwork and quilting and gives a slightly different effect than using an ordinary solid.
Cirrus Solids also work very well for garments such as shirts, blouses, dresses and summer-weight trousers etc.
