This is a beautiful quality twill shirting in black with a subtle metallic purple sheen - tricky to see unless it catches the light (look at the edges of the fabric in the photos to get an idea of the shade.)
Black fabrics are hard to capture accurately, the black of this is deeper and darker than it may appear in the photos - please order a sample using our sample service if you are unsure.
This fabric has a lovely drape but also still has some body, the handle being similar to a washed cotton. Perfect for designer quality shirts, but also great for flowy wide leg pants & jumpsuits, skirts, dresses and tunics.
