Shipping policy
We usually process all orders within a working day or two. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders this may take a little longer.
We use a Tracked service on all orders over £10 in value.
International customers may be subject to additional customs charges, duties or taxes for which we cannot be held responsible. Please make sure you know the rules in your country of residence.
Sadly we are no longer able to ship to the EU or Canada. If you reside in a country that we cannot ship to and place an order anyway, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@catkinandscraps.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item was damaged in the post please keep the original packaging and take a photo of any damage that includes the outer packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned unless they are defective, not as described or the wrong item was sent. This includes custom made items, face coverings and fabric that has been cut for you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns based on colour differences because these are subjective and dependant on individual monitors & screens. We have a sample service for this reason.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will not refund postage costs or pay for return postage unless we are satisfied that there was a demonstrable issue with your item.
