Deadstock fabric from a British clothing designer, this is a viscose twill with a classic white on navy polka dot. The dots are 5mm across.
The viscose twill has lots of drape and would be perfect for a flowy blouse, tunic, dress or skirt, or how about some wide leg trousers?
