A soft, flowing rayon challis-type fabric with cute mutli-coloured fish print on an off-white background called 'Shell' in Ruby Star Society Land.
This is from the lovely 'Koi Pond' collection by Rashida Coleman Hale.
The fabric is fine and soft with lots of drape. It may have some sheerness when held to the light in a single layer.
This is perfect for swishy skirts and dresses, tunics, soft shirts and blouses.
