From Laura's excellent latest collection 'New Retro', this is the 'Darjeeling Frock'.
The Darjeeling Frock is a wrap dress with a twist. It’s elegant frills and gathers are reminiscent of the 1970s. The crossover bodice ties at the side and the asymmetric, midi-length skirt has a dramatic wide, tapered frill. There are generous pockets and the option of full drop-shoulder sleeves or cap sleeves.
