From Laura's excellent latest collection 'New Retro', this is the 'Fender Smock'.

The Fender Smock is relaxed and pretty with a softly squared off neckline. There are pockets in the seams of the front centre panel, while the sides and back are gathered for a feminine, floaty look. You have the option of intergrated cap sleeve or gathered ballon sleeves for a hippie chic look!
