From Laura's excellent collection 'New Retro', this is the 'Fleetwood Frock'.

The Fleetwood Frock is an elegant sun dress with an empire line bodice, perfect for festivals and afternoon tea alike! It has integrated straps and a full panelled skirt with top-trimmed pockets in the side panels. It fastens with a side zip and you can choose between a mini- or midi-length.

Your pattern includes sizes UK 8-26

Suggested fabrics: viscose, crepe, cotton lawn, linen, chambray. You can use a heavier fabric and make a pinafore dress to wear over a top by sizing up.
