A 10m bobbin of white shirring elastic.
Made in England and individually wrapped in cellophane.
Instructions:
1. Wind elastic evenly onto your bobbin by hand
2. Use regular sewing thread on top with a medium size needle and medium tension
3. Select a medium stitch length - the longer the stitch, the tighter the gather
4. The material should be fed evenly and flat while sewing
5. Finally, press with an iron and a damp cloth
